Hello, it's Zena here

My name is Zena and I have a sweet Mum and a cheeky brother Bobby. When I was little I called him Bobber, but now only sometimes.

Just two houses down from us live my bestest friends Connie and Lily. We are in the same class at school. We just started so that’s exiting. I love learning to read and write and also to do mathematics.

Even before I started in school I could write my name ZEAN (oh no wait a minute) ZENA (yes). I go to something called "gymnastics and ballet" with Connie and Lily. We have also tried pony riding which was great!

At the end of our garden is a fence with roses. They smell lovely in Summer. There is also a garden gate which leads to a little secret path along the edge of the field. You can run to Connie’s and Lily’s. That’s very smart!

Connie and Lily and I have a secret sign we use when something's up. We also have a secret club and we call it "The 3 Stars" (but shhh - it’s all a secret so don’t tell any body - and especially not Bobby and his friends).
